Inquiry information
Custom Paddle Board Sourcing Privacy Policy
This notice describes the information requested by Custom Paddle Board Sourcing and the browser storage used by its sourcing support interface. The site is intended for business procurement inquiries. It does not ask for payment-card details or provide an attachment upload field.
Information you provide
The inquiry form requests a name, work email, phone, country, request type and procurement requirements. Company information is optional. You can also provide product configuration, a target budget with currency and unit/order basis, and a supplier preference. These optional details are included in the same procurement requirements submitted with your inquiry.
Describe only information needed for the purchasing discussion. A board brief can include dimensions, quantity by variant, accessory scope, destination and requested timing without including sensitive identity documents. Establish an appropriate communication route before sending confidential artwork or technical files.
Purpose of an inquiry
Submitted details support discussion of the requirement, clarification of missing fields and preparation of supplier questions. A request does not itself approve a supplier, place an order or confirm any product capability. If a requirement needs to be shared with a potential supplier, clarify the intended information scope during the sourcing discussion.
Browser storage for sourcing support
The interface stores its first sourcing support display time in localStorage under a site-specific key. That timestamp controls a maximum seven-day display window and is not restarted by opening or closing the interface. A separate sessionStorage value remembers when you close the ticker during the current browser session.
Browser storage is local to the browser and origin. Clearing it changes the stored state available to the interface. Optional budget and preference controls are read when the form is serialized; the interface does not write an automated summary back into your original requirement text.
Public comments and third parties
Blog comments may become public after processing. Keep personal contact details, confidential pricing and drawings out of comments. The site loads framework resources from the declared external CDN; those requests are handled by that service. Supplier documents and external references have their own information policies.
Questions about submitted information
Use the inquiry channel to ask about information already submitted, identifying the business inquiry without resending sensitive files. No retention period, response deadline or production deletion workflow is asserted here without confirmed operational evidence. Read the Terms of Service for the sourcing role and purchasing responsibilities.
