Custom Paddle Board Sourcing Terms of Service
These terms describe how to use the information and inquiry functions of Custom Paddle Board Sourcing. The site presents independent buyer-side sourcing support for business procurement. Sending an inquiry requests discussion of a requirement; it does not create a purchase order, reserve stock or accept a supplier quotation.
Information and inquiry options
Product names and catalog entries identify possible purchasing questions. They are not specifications for approved models. Availability, construction, dimensions, accessory contents, MOQ, prices, sample charges and timing require a supplier response for the proposed configuration. Content should be checked against that response before a purchasing decision.
Buyer and supplier responsibilities
The buyer supplies the intended activity, user profile, requested configuration, quantities, US destination and required timing. The supplier must identify what it proposes and the applicable quotation assumptions. Any final acceptance, artwork approval, sample decision and order commitment require separate agreement between the relevant parties.
Our sourcing coordination does not establish factory ownership, third-party authorization, certification or product approval. Capacity, rated load, stability and pressure questions remain tied to the exact model, instructions and supporting evidence. Independent testing or regulatory review is outside a general inquiry and must be arranged where needed.
Quotation comparison and budgets
Compare quotations only after currency, unit basis, included accessories, packaging, freight and exclusions are aligned. An optional target budget or supplier preference helps frame the inquiry and is not a price offer or verified supplier rating. The site does not publish a numerical savings result for an unquoted requirement.
Sourcing support eligibility
FREE sourcing support and up to 3% are conditional sourcing support descriptions. Eligibility applies to qualified business buyers and is confirmed after we review your product, quantity, destination, and sourcing requirements. Support scope must be confirmed during discussion and does not replace a supplier agreement.
Using the inquiry channel
Provide information you are entitled to share and keep sensitive drawings out of public blog comments. A submitted form is not evidence of a completed purchase or a confirmed delivery. Contact us through the buyer inquiry page to clarify service scope, and review the Privacy Policy for information handling.
